Double-sided adhesive tape (1” wide x 9’) that has a waxed paper covering on one side. The advantage to buying the roll instead of individual strips is that the user can cut the tape as short or long as desired. See below for precautions and additional details.

A. We recommend you perform a patch test prior to using this tape on your scalp. Cut a small section from the roll and place adhesive surface on a sensitive skin area such as the inside fold of your forearm or behind your ear just below the hairline. If any redness, swelling or irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

B. If patch test proves negative, attach tape -- first only on areas of the scalp where you have total hair loss. Apply the exposed adhesive side to the scalp.

Note: For full-cap wigs, you may want to use Contoured Adhesive Strips for the front hairline area. Then other areas of your scalp can be spotted with shorter pieces from this AdhesiveTapeRoll.

C. To ensure a secure hold to your scalp, clean the area where you intend to attach the Adhesive Tape with rubbing alcohol. This will remove natural skin oils and allow the tape to adhere better.

D. Remove the protective covering from each strip on your scalp, then slide your wig on gently. With your fingers, apply gentle pressure over each tape spot.

E. When removing your wig, do so carefully to avoid irritating the area of the scalp where tape was placed. Then clean taped areas with rubbing alcohol or a skin cleanser.

F. If using tape on a daily basis, switch areas on the scalp where the tape is applied to help avoid irritation.
