With longer wigs, use a leave-in conditioner on the ends to detangle and keep a comb with you throughout the day to manage. Detangle prior to storing and on days where you will be active, consider a low pony or braid.
Washing:
- Add 1 tablespoon of shampoo to cold water. Soak for 5 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly (incomplete rinsing dulls the fiber)
- Gently blot with a towel. Do not squeeze, twist, brush or comb while wet
- Hang to air dry or use a blow dryer on a low setting.
Styling:
- Unlike your own hair, the fiber only sets after it cools. So keep the curl shape until it's cool, then release!
- 240°F (116°C) is perfect. Do not go above 350°F/180°C
- Never heat style while wearing the piece

You may return any eligible product postmarked within 60 days of the ship date on the invoice. Items received that are not in eligible condition will be returned at your cost, without refund or exchange applied.
