input from a new wig wearer.. I recently purchased a Human Hair wig and would have appreciated that when I was selecting my items that the "recommended" shampoo / conditioner was for the type of hair I was getting. I did not realize that I had bought the synthetic option until it showed up with the wig. I would not have known it mattered until I called customer service. I will say the representative was kind and helped me get the right products for my wig and got it mailed to me.
Second thing is the cap- it slips and I had to get one from Amazon.

Emotion is my FAVORITE human hair wig! The hand tied cap is extremely comfortable and the fibers are silky smooth! This have owned this wig for 3 years, and with special care she will last me w few years more! Worth every penny!

It is very comfortable and easy to wear each day. I lost my hair due to chemotherapy and my head would be cold or to hot with most of the hats or synthetic hair wigs. But with this wig I feel normal like it’s my hair.

I've contemplated purchasing a wig for quite some time now, and after years of using tape-in and clip-in extensions, I am so happy that I finally decided to get the wig. My hair has been getting thinner and thinner from using the extensions, so to give my hair a break, I decided to wear a wig until my hair can grow and regain some strength. I love that I can literally throw the wig on and walk out the door. It was definitely not a love at first site moment when I took the wig out of the box to try it on. In fact, the first wig I bought (Emotion- bernstein color) I returned because the color didn't look good with my complexion. I returned the bernstein for the dark chocolate mix and I am thoroughly satisfied with it. I also purchased a tripod mannequin stand to be able to style the wig off of my head (super helpful). After washing the wig and styling it myself, I am starting to get used to the wig and how it looks on me. I have also had to pluck out some of the strands of hair to form a more believable part. For anyone considering this wig, I would highly recommend, just keep in mind you may not love it right out of the box, but if you can be patient and try different styles and ways to part the hair, you can really make the wig your own!

This is my first time buying a wig. I was wearing extensions until my allopecia got so bad that I had to switch to wig wearing. This was a depressing and scary transition for me until day two of wearing this wig. I got the Bernsrein mix and love this color combination. My family swears this wig looks much better on me than the extensions. It is so easy now to get ready. I just throw my wig on and am out the door!
