Washing
- Add 1 tablespoon of shampoo to cold water. Soak for 5 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly (incomplete rinsing dulls the fiber)
- Gently blot with a towel. Do not squeeze, twist, brush or comb while wet
- Hang to air dry or place on a folding wig stand (avoid drying on a Styrofoam head)
Styling
- Avoid using heat styling tools like a blow dryer, curling iron and flat iron.
- To smooth or re-curl, use a round metal brush and the HUW Hair Steamer.
- For excess shine, use dry shampoo to dull

My hair is short and graying with white but not the traditional "salt and pepper" color...more from blonde to mousy ashy brown to brownish gray with white highlights. I saw this smoky gray color in Gradient Smoke R119G and the shade is perfect! My head size is 21-1/2" diameter so usually wear small. I ordered the average sized cap, and it fits just fine. I am still working with the style in trying to get it to flip out more, but my family approves. The cap is so light that you don't really feel it on. I did buy a wig hair band just to keep the cap from slipping on my own short hair. Overall am very pleased with this wig and the length is great.

The Voltage is such a cute wig! Especially for summer. As I walk around the neighborhood or ride the elevator in my building I have received compliments from every single person who knows me - men and women - about what a cute new haircut I have. Looks completely natural. I love not having to do my hair! Just shake it and throw it on!

I love this wig. I've been wearing it for a long time I change it up but always come back to this one. I take it out of the box shake it put it right on no need to go to stylist like some of the other ones that have them fixed. I buy two of them to switch out. I highly recommend this wig especially for older folks like me!
