Using a wide tooth comb or soft bristle brush, comb through the top and part area. You can mist with water to create texture and once decided, you can set with hairspray. Comb and select the placement of the part and rub the base or knots to set in place, especially the hairline. This straight style is heat defiant so use your curling iron or flat iron to touch up the style. Keep hot tools at a heat setting under 350 degrees.
Washing
- Add 1 tablespoon of shampoo to cold water. Soak for 5 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly (incomplete rinsing dulls the fiber)
- Gently blot with a towel. Do not squeeze, twist, brush or comb while wet
- Hang to air dry or use a blow dryer on a low setting.
Styling
- Unlike your own hair, the fiber only sets after it cools. Pin or hold the hair in the curl shape until it's cool, then release!
- 240°F (116°C) is perfect. Do not go above 350°F/180°C
- Never heat style while wearing the piece
- To change again use heat

The part looks like a doll's head. Phony, like a big seam. I returned it, it is on it's way back.
