Tru2Life® Synthetic Wigs from Raquel Welch
Washing
- Add 1 tablespoon of shampoo to cold water. Soak for 5 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly (incomplete rinsing dulls the fiber)
- Gently blot with a towel. Do not squeeze, twist, brush or comb while wet
- Hang to air dry or use a blow dryer on a low setting.
Styling
- Unlike your own hair, the fiber only sets after it cools. Pin or hold the hair in the curl shape until it's cool, then release!
- 240°F (116°C) is perfect. Do not go above 350°F/180°C
- Never heat style while wearing the piece
- To change again use heat

The wig is LITE at best, certainly not Medium....the color is beautiful, etc.
Also, he wig is losing hair already and am afraid I'll need to order another much sooner than usual.
I buy , usually, from a cancer site...and the hair is much more dense. and thought the density would be the same no matter where I purchased....
Going forward, I want to speak with someone who to make sure the wig begins at a Medium

This is my second “Upstage,” in shaded biscuit. I love this wig. Fits snug and is such a cute style. I wish I could afford her in several colors but alas I can’t.

I did have a bit of a hard time getting the flip out of the back but a flat iron worked. I also had the bangs trimmed. I absolute love the color- Shaded Hazelnut and wish I could have more wigs in this color. I'm pretty new to wearing wigs but I'm learning that the Raquel Welch wigs tend to have "flop face". I don't want to cut any more bangs into this, but I found that wearing a headband helps. I think it looks gorgeous, but I don't know if I would buy a wig with the tru2life fiber again. It tangles and looks ratty at the bottom pretty quickly. I do use a very wide tooth comb to get rid of the snags in the bottom and then spray with HairUWear conditioner. It helps. I am learning that HF wigs NEED hear so I will research further to find out how to best care for this one. Wigs.com is the best! Excellent customer service and no restocking or hidden fees when you have to return. I won't buy from anywhere else. You can see the difference in the style before and after I worked on it.

This is perhaps the easiest wig to wear it feels as thought there is nothing on your head. It is my first time wearing a hand tied wig but I will continue to purchase more … there is nothing unnatural about this wig at all.
