This is my first gray wig. I love it, but the permatease is far more than any other wigs I have, but overall it fits well and is a pretty cut. I have found Rene of Paris fit my petite/average head perfectly. I would give it five stars except for the permatease.

For me, this is the best wig so far! However, I didn’t think so at first.
It did not look at all like the Susanne wig in the ad. The bangs did NOT sweep over and off my face like some of the photos. The long side was basically a stray piece of itchy hair clinging to the side of my face. The bangs were in my eyes and showed no intention of sweeping over. The sideburn on the short side was very short, making it look uneven rather than asymmetrical. The sharp contrast of long, wispy hair on one side and short, smooth on the other just didn’t work for me. It looked like it was crooked on my head. It looked much more “edgy” than photos. I was all set to return it for something more traditional.
But then I noticed the SilverStone color was an EXACT match to my own hair!! The fit was snug even without a band. There wasn’t much excess space inside the cap – which is a big plus for me since I have super thin hair and a small head. Aside from the length and shape of the cut, it was absolutely perfect.
So I trimmed it off. I probably took off more than I should but now it looks like a thicker, salon-styled version of my own hair. That’s exactly what I wanted. The last photo on the right is my own flat hair. The difference is subtle but amazing!
I don’t think I’ll buy another Susanne but I now love this one.

I am transitioning to gray hair, and all three of my Rene of Paris wigs look and feel beautiful. My husband loves them and I get so many compliments. Susanne is my most recent, and it is so pretty. Working with wigs.com is awesome. If I don’t like one, I just return it with no hassle. And the shipping time is incredible.

This has been the best wig I’ve gotten year so far! I was a little apprehensive about going with a basic cap but the hairline looks natural. My sister says the highlights look like they were done at the salon. Great value for money!
