Washing

  • Add 1 tablespoon of shampoo to cold water. Soak for 5 minutes
  • Rinse thoroughly (incomplete rinsing dulls the fiber)
  • Gently blot with a towel. Do not squeeze, twist, brush or comb while wet
  • Hang to air dry or use a blow dryer on a low setting.

Styling

  • Unlike your own hair, the fiber only sets after it cools. Pin or hold the hair in the curl shape until it's cool, then release!
  • 240°F (116°C) is perfect. Do not go above 350°F/180°C
  • Never heat style while wearing the piece
  • To change again use heat

    Color problem

    I have purchased this wig style many times and like Straight up with a twist. I have been disappointed in the color every time. I purchase the Ss19/23 shade and it appears much lighter in the pictures. The actual color is more of a honey medium blonde with a few highlights than the bright, light, highlighted Ss19/23 shown in the photos.

    Finally feel like ME again!

    This wig fit so comfortably and so seamlessly right out of the box (pictures attached).

    After using a wig grip and some gel to really get the lace down a very dear friend of mine truly didn’t believe it was a wig when I met her for lunch. 🤭

    Best purchase ever!! It has given me my confidence and self esteem back!!
