Washing
- Add 1 tablespoon of shampoo to cold water. Soak for 5 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly (incomplete rinsing dulls the fiber)
- Gently blot with a towel. Do not squeeze, twist, brush or comb while wet
- Hang to air dry or use a blow dryer on a low setting.
Styling
- Unlike your own hair, the fiber only sets after it cools. Pin or hold the hair in the curl shape until it's cool, then release!
- 240°F (116°C) is perfect. Do not go above 350°F/180°C
- Never heat style while wearing the piece
- To change again use heat

I have been buying these spiky hair clips for 3 years now and I would buy more every time there was a sale. Now I'm starting to open up the packages that I might have bought a year ago, and from the picture I posted, the one on the right is from your 3 years ago and the one on the left was manufactured upside down with the attachment of the hair showing. Unfortunately I found two more pieces that are not wearable for this reason but it's way too late to return them. Should have opened them up first when I received them. Just wanted everyone to be aware.
