Washing
- Add 1 tablespoon of shampoo to cold water. Soak for 5 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly (incomplete rinsing dulls the fiber)
- Gently blot with a towel. Do not squeeze, twist, brush or comb while wet
- Hang to air dry or use a blow dryer on a low setting.
Styling
- Unlike your own hair, the fiber only sets after it cools. Pin or hold the hair in the curl shape until it's cool, then release!
- 240°F (116°C) is perfect. Do not go above 350°F/180°C
- Never heat style while wearing the piece
- To change again use heat

I'm wearing Show Stopper RL12-22SS here. I am very new to wigs, and have purchased 3 now, trying to find my way! While I love this wig, I will say that it was far "too much" for me out-of-the-box. It was for sure beautiful, and fell perfectly as soon as I popped my head up. But, it was just far too much hair for me...my natural hair is quite thin, so I just couldn't pull off the volume as it came. So, I did quite a bit of thinning out with thinning shears. I also trimmed the length -- it is VERY layered, and had sort of a middle "tail" in the back...the hair in the middle of the back was quite a bit longer than the rest. So, I trimmed until I got rid of that. Finally, I did a little work on the bangs to make the frame my face a little better. The wig is undoubtedly beautiful, but I didn't understand the density issue at all. If you want a LOT of hair with a LOT of layers, this is perfect for you!

I recently purchased the Show Stopper wig (RLR/29SS - Shaded Hazelnut) by Raquel Welch. I love this wig so much that it's actually my second one in this style. (maybe a third one) I couldn't be happier with my choice! Raquel's wigs are incredibly comfortable, and the quality is outstanding. The wig looks so realistic and natural that I often forget I'm even wearing it. The color, RLR/29SS Shaded Hazelnut, is just perfect. Happy wig- wearing! It may not be the "Perfect Picture," but this is what it looks like after a long day.

I was concerned about the reviews I had seen on one of my favorites, Show Stopper. I have had my first one for a year and half and it's been a work horse wig! I wear it on rotation with others, but it's lasted really well.
My new Show Stopper is beautiful! The fibers feel softer than my first one and it styled very easily right out of the box.
I always change the part using water and a wig comb
The full monofilament top is my favorite for parting options.
I am relieved to see and feel that my new Show Stopper looks just as good as my first one, possibly even better because the fibers are softer!
I ordered Shaded Biscuit and the color matches my old one perfectly.

Show Stopper is my everyday wig. I love the bangs and the way it frames the face. I love the color. I do not love the length or how straight it is in the back. I so wish they would take this wig, do not touch a single thing in front, but add length and softness the how it lays in the back.
