Barely 2 ½ ounces in weight, the cap is designed with a resilient stretch lace material that actually molds to the shape of the head for a comfortable, custom-like fit. Additional comfort features include a wide velvet band at the front hairline to prevent friction, open wefting on top for a light, cool fit, open ear tabs and an open extended nape for added lightness, and ultra-thin adjusters at the nape to further ensure a personalized fit. In addition, because it is made with heat-friendly Tru2Life© synthetic hair, the Hairdo SHORT SHAG Wig can be curled or straightened with thermal styling tools (up to 350° Fahrenheit / 180° Celsius) depending on your desired look. We recommend a low-medium setting. Curling / straightening while wearing is not recommended.

Washing:
- Add 1 tablespoon of shampoo to cold water. Soak for 5 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly (incomplete rinsing dulls the fiber)
- Gently blot with a towel. Do not squeeze, twist, brush or comb while wet
- Hang to air dry or use a blow dryer on a low setting.
Styling:
- Unlike your own hair, the fiber only sets after it cools. Pin or hold the hair in the curl shape until it's cool, then release!
- 240°F (116°C) is perfect. Do not go above 350°F/180°C
- Never heat style while wearing the piece
- To change again use heat

Styling:
- Avoid using heat styling tools like a blow dryer, curling iron and flat iron.
- To smooth or re-curl, use a round metal brush and the HUW Hair Steamer.
- For excess shine, use dry shampoo to dull
