I had cancer and scalp was removed on top of my head and replaced with a skin graft. It is super sensitive. I rub some Aquaphor on top of my head and it keeps the scalp cushion in place. Life saver for me.

My client is going through chemo and her scalp is sensitive to her wig and even a silk scarf. she uses this to put a barrier between her and her scalp and is itch free and feels much relief from an irritated scalp. The last thing she needs is more physical discomfort, so I am so happy this worked for her!

I really like this cap. It has made my scalp feel much better. The itch would drive me crazy.Yes it can slide if you adjust your wig and thats the only drawback. I may try some tape and see if that helps.
