Washing
- Add 1 tablespoon of shampoo to cold water. Soak for 5 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly (incomplete rinsing dulls the fiber)
- Gently blot with a towel. Do not squeeze, twist, brush or comb while wet
- Hang to air dry or use a blow dryer on a low setting.
Styling
- Unlike your own hair, the fiber only sets after it cools. Pin or hold the hair in the curl shape until it's cool, then release!
- 240°F (116°C) is perfect. Do not go above 350°F/180°C
- Never heat style while wearing the piece
- To change again use heat

The color Iced Sweet Cream and the length matches my bio hair so closely that people think I have just gotten a new hair cut - not that I am wearing a wig! A very good first experience to wig wearing.
I wear glasses and have a short ear-to-ear measurement (11.25 in) so the ear tabs are kind of in the way and taking some getting used to. One way I am dealing with it is to pull some of the wig hair under the arms of my glasses.

I love the lace front, it's seamless on me, the fit is perfect for my 22.5" circumference, and the length and light density are just right for me. All I had to do was take a little steam to the part and the bangs to get it off my face and get the part to lay down. My color SS Iced Pumpkin Spice is a nice cool-toned version of a copper blonde, very flattering with my skin.

This is my second Real Deal wig. I bought both in Iced Granita because it is somewhat similar to my natural hair color. I get many compliments every time I wear it. It really is a beautiful style!

I was so disappointed when I went online to buy a third Raquel Welch wig in a style and color I loved (Brave the Wave) and found that it had been discontinued! I scoured the current offerings and didn’t see anything wavy that I liked. Finally, after reading the reviews and seeing customer pictures for this one, I decided to try a whole new look and got this one in Iced Latte. It took me a little while to get used to it but it looks more contemporary than my previous style and I’m getting comments that it makes me look younger so who can argue with that? 😊 One thing I’m not crazy about are the shattered ends; I would have preferred a smoother line and I’m
constantly smoothing the ends. But it’s a great wig and I’ve already ordered a second one!
