Synthetic
Massage the hairline back to keep the bang out of the face. Mist with hairspray or conditioner and scrunch and revive the texture.
Washing
- Add 1 tablespoon of shampoo to cold water. Soak for 5 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly (incomplete rinsing dulls the fiber)
- Gently blot with a towel. Do not squeeze, twist, brush or comb while wet
- Hang to air dry or place on a folding wig stand (avoid drying on a Styrofoam head)
Styling
- Avoid using heat styling tools like a blow dryer, curling iron and flat iron.
- To smooth or re-curl, use a round metal brush and the HUW Hair Steamer.
- For excess shine, use dry shampoo to dull

This is not a five star piece, but it is a good one. Things I’d change… 1) Lighten the rooting. on Sterling Shadow. The off-black is severe and a little harsh. The knots are very evident and visible. 2) Make the wig with heat friendly synthetic to reduce the shine factor. 3) Reduce amount of permatease, although, it’s not too bad now, it’s just a touch too poofy. 4) Reduce density, mostly at front hairline, but all around, as well.
It’s a versatile style, a perfect length and relatively comfortable to wear. It fits pretty standard to average. All in all, I recommend Mellow.
