Too much hair for my face and not as pictured. Also do not like your new return policy. I never had to pay a restocking fee before as long as I was ording another wig. So not only do I pay to ship the wig back I'm charged restocking fee. I will be looking for another place to buy my wigs.
TWC - The Wig Company8 years agoJeanette, there is no restocking fee at all. the only fee that is applied is a processing fee of 10$ if you do not want store credit. however, if you are buying another wig, store credit is the way to go. there are zero fees for returning for store credit. We are always working to improve our policies and we do have the best and lowest fee policy in the industry. We only sell manufacturer fresh products on wigs.com. when items are returned that are in near perfect condition, we have them styled and send them to wigoutlet.com for sale at deeper discounts.
