    Kai | Synthetic Lace Front Wig - PASTEL-PINK

    Yesterday I received what I thought would be another excellent purchase of Kai, Rene de Paris, in pastel color as I know that wig and have always been satisfied with the quality, color, etc. However, this time I got a very unpleasant surprise. The quality of the wig was appalling. It was poorly done, with manufacturing flaws, the hideous cut, locks of asymmetries that are not part of Kai's design, etc. Phew! What a disappointment. I plan to return it. Wigs.com staff should check each wig before shipment to ensure it is in good condition. It's called quality control. I'm a regular on Wigs.com and plan to give them another chance, but this disappointment counts too, and it's not the first time something like this has happened. The first time I let it slide, but not this time. I am an excellent and very loyal customer, but my loyalty to a company depends on the quality of the goods and services they provide. I hope I don't get a third disappointment.

    In the first photo, you can see the magnificent Kai cut (melted sunset color) very well. You can see Kai's wig fresh out of the box in pastel pink in the other two photos. The difference in cut and quality between the two wigs is humongous.

    Well its very devasting for a woman to louse your haïr,

    But that wig is my hair was that cut !Its wonderfull great life is better now its not just a wig !

    Love this wig! So soft! Lays amazingly! So realistic! I got Kai in Rose Gold-R it is a beautiful color!!! Ordered on a Monday and got it Wednesday of the same week with standard shipping such amazing service!!!
