Shake and brush through the top. Mist with water or hairspray to style the layers.

Washing
- Add 1 tablespoon of shampoo to cold water. Soak for 5 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly (incomplete rinsing dulls the fiber)
- Gently blot with a towel. Do not squeeze, twist, brush or comb while wet
- Hang to air dry or place on a folding wig stand (avoid drying on a Styrofoam head)
Styling
- Avoid using heat styling tools like a blow dryer, curling iron and flat iron.
- To smooth or re-curl, use a round metal brush and the HUW Hair Steamer.
- For excess shine, use dry shampoo to dull

The wig is very poor quality. Even standing in the sun, it friezes because it got too hot. There should have been instructions that it should not have been worn in the sun or around heaters, etc. Definitely a disappointment.

Recently, I purchased Jamie. This is my third Jamie. I've been wearing wigs for 20 years and Esthetica Designs is my favorite wig company. The cut is great. It is low density, just the right amount of hair. But the hair is different on this Jamie. It is shinier and has a different feel than previously. It has a "plastic" look. The hair feels slippery. I can't find any advantage to this new hair. My other Jamies were completely natural in look and wear. This Jamie makes me look like I'm wearing a wig. I wonder if this new hair is less expensive and that's why they are using it, as the price of Jamie has been the same for many years. They did not raise the price, maybe they use hair that doesn't cost as much.

I wanted to love it, but it just wasn't quite up to par. The front was not made well as l could see a seam on either side of bangs and the bangs were cut so perfectly that they didn't look natural. I actually ordered three, one in a different color but unfortunately they were all the same below quality. I still love wigs.com though as most of what l buy is great
