- Welded Monofilament Base - The base is hand-knotted to create the appearance of natural hair growth, which allows for parting versatility, and is sheer to blend with all skin tones.
- Polyurethane Perimeter - A polyurethane strip goes around the perimeter of the base and contains 4 pressure sensitive clips. The clips can be removed so that adhesive can be applied.

The colour was too dark, and I was concerned about the clear, shiny polyurethane strip that I could see at the part line. Cap dimension is brilliant.

I am so disappointed. This T topper was going to be great for when I just want to wear a pony tail. I have an 18" topper from Jon Reneau in 'Malibu Blond'. I love it, It is a very natural looking streaky ash blond with medium brown roots, I expected, that ordering the same color for this hair piece, the coloring would be the same. NOPE! The rooted area is much longer (like 2") , the lighter strands are few and far between so when you wear it you look like a brunette with a few ash streaks growing out. Sooooo disappointed. The other problem with this piece is that it has a strong center part already developed. any attempts to pull it into a pony tail leave you with an uncovered area where the hairpiece ends because the hair will not relax and un-part.
