Shake and brush through the top and part area. This has no bangs so using your fingers, rub the base and hairline to set the hair back and away from the face. Use the ear tabs to shift or adjust it in place. Do not pull on the lace. With longer styles, keep a comb with you and detangle throughout the day.
Washing
- Add 1 tablespoon of shampoo to cold water. Soak for 5 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly (incomplete rinsing dulls the fiber)
- Gently blot with a towel. Do not squeeze, twist, brush or comb while wet
- Hang to air dry or use a blow dryer on a low setting.
Styling
- Unlike your own hair, the fiber only sets after it cools. Pin or hold the hair in the curl shape until it's cool, then release!
- 240°F (116°C) is perfect. Do not go above 350°F/180°C
- Never heat style while wearing the piece
- To change again use heat

If you're petite or average, this is a great cap for you. Quality hand-tied cap and lace front. The only thing I don't love is the left part, it's restrictive for me, but it's workable. Soft hair fiber, beautiful colors and shading. Really nice flow and light-weight, not too much hair which is great for me, I don't care for a heavy look. This one is heat friendly, I love heat friendly because they are so much more realistic. With HF wigs, you have to baby them and use heat tools to help release tangles and fuzzy ends.

It’s hard for me to find a long wig that looks good on me but I have to say, this one works!! Shaded biscuit is my go to color. The cap it to die for. I’m not crazy about the mono part but knew that had one when I ordered it. Not disappointed!!

This is such a cute, layered style that perfectly accentuates the cheekbones. It reminds me of the cult favorite Spotlight (also by Raquel Welch) so if you loved that one, definitely give Dress Rehearsal a try. With this style I am sure to keep leave-in conditioner in the fibers at all times and I keep a wide tooth comb, mini heated brush and mini spray bottle of water with me as I go about my day. A quick refresh midday keeps the fibers soft and pliable. The luxlite cap is one of my all time favorite caps across brands, it’s super comfy and has a nice amount of stretch. This color Shaded Biscuit is also an absolute fav of mine, a nice mix of cool and neutral tones with touches of warmth throughout. Perfection.

Loving Dress Rehearsal even more than I thought I would!
If you love Show Stopper or Spotlight Elite then you will love Dress Rehearsal.
I got Dress Rehearsal in one of my favorite colors Iced Latte Machiatto and the color didn't disappoint! Cool toned blonde with shaded rooting.
After wearing for a few hours the ends did have some tangling. Easily combed out using a wide tooth wig comb.
Dress Rehearsal has a comfy hand tied cap and left monofilament part. If you like to part in the middle or right side then I recommend Spotlight Elite for a similar style and cap. It has a full monofilament top for parting anywhere.

This is my 3rd Dress Rehearsal wig and I have loved my other two. But I didn’t open this one right away and was past the return date when I discovered several 1cm bald spots right in the front (where bang meets long hair). I have to part it in a weird place (to me) in order to cover the bald spots. This is my 5th wig (2 human hair and 3 synthetic) and I have never had one with bald spots before. I love the look, shape, soft fibers and gentle wave. Also really love that it doesn’t have the terribly dark roots and instead is beautifully highlighted uniformly from roots to ends. The petite/medium size is perfect! It’s great for wearing up with a clip or in a ponytail when I am visiting elderly clients with my pet therapy dog. Everything has always been just perfect until this one. I especially love the hand tied cap and light feel. Just so sad about the bald spots. I’m hoping more bald spots don’t appear when I wash it.
