SPECIAL FEATURES
- 100% Hand-Tied Double-Layered Monofilament Top - Additional monofilament layer provides added softness against the skin and is excellent for sensitive skin.
- Mesh Cap - Wefts are sewn onto a soft, breathable mesh material. This allows the wig cap to contour to your head.
- Non-Slip Silicone Tabs on Nape and Ears - Allows for a more secure fit. Add adhesive or tape for a longer, more permanent wear.
- Adjustable Straps - Adjust straps up to 1/2 inch in either direction to achieve a more comfortable and secure fit.

These medical wigs are designed to feel lightweight and breathable with their strategic wefting, double-layer monofilament tops, and hand tied construction. The monofilament top offers a more natural look and allows you to customize the part for the look you want. Some wigs in this collection even have a lace front to give you a more realistic hairline.

I switching to a wig that doesn’t require a trip to a hairdresser. I don’t need to thin it. I do like bangs and prefer to cut them myself.

The XO cap doesn't collapse in on itself because of the extra fabric, which was a problem for my small head - between the back of the head and the mono top lining, it gave me a conehead appearance. I had to shorten the cap in the back to make it fit without sticking up. Otherwise the cap is pretty comfortable.

The one thing I really like about this wig is the cag. It is super comfortable especially the ear tabs and back. It has silicone at both site for better security and comfort. Great for those with little or no hair.
