    Quality of this wig is on the decline

    This is my daily-wear wig; it fits my face frame the best, it's light and easy-to-wear, and I like the style.

    That said, the quality of this wig seems to decline each time I buy another one. There are areas where the cap is visible on the crown. The nape hair tangles and naps up on FIRST WEAR, which hadn't happened with my late 2016, early 2017 purchases. There are parts that seem to have been randomly sewn/stitched in, and it's hard to get those parts to lay where they belong to make the wig look right. I've bought this wig for at least three years. It barely lasts two weeks these days. I understand building in obsolescence the way car manufacturers do, because you want repeat business. I don't understand short-changing your customers on quality to get there.

    If wigs.com made a similar wig with higher quality, I'd happily put out the extra money for it. Until that time, I implore wigs.com to improve the quality. Pretty wig. Horrible duration.
