    Light and "Airy"

    Air is a favorite! The color is perfect. The style is easy and natural. I would have liked it to be just slightly larger though as it fits very tight. I would recommend it to anyone who require a slightly smaller size.

    I wrote a review of the Ellen Wille wig, Air, last January which was very negative. I complained about the wig and was met with considerable help to eventually allow me to return the faultily made wig to the company. They had me take photos of the problem areas and once they could see what I was talking about they let me return it without having to pay a restocking fee. Once they received the wig they confirmed the damage and told me that if I ordered another wig they would hand inspect it before sending it out to me. Thus, I was very pleased with this response and ordered another Air wig which came and was exactly what I wanted. So I can highly recommend wigs.com if you have a serious problem.

    Poor quality of construction of this wig is very disappointing!!!

    This is the fourth Air wig that I have purchased. While I love the style of the wig I have been extremely disappointed in the quality of the construction of this wig. The first two that I bought were perfect right out of the box. When I wore the number one wig I thought that it was the most comfortable wig that I had ever worn. It needed very minimal trimming to fit my face and I could wear it all day without wanting to yank it off. The second one was the same. However, I returned the third wig because of its extremely "flat" aspect. It looked liked it had been put in a press and didn't have any of the slight curl and lift of the first two wigs. But I was still willing to try again and a month or so later I ordered my fourth Air wig. I tried it on with the wig cap when I received it and I thought that everything was okay. Since we were going to be traveling to visit family for the first time in almost two years I put the wig aside so that I could wear my brand new wig on the trip. That was a big mistake because it was only upon wearing it for a whole day that I discovered major flaws in its constructions. I couldn't figure out why my head felt so scratchy until the end of the day when I took the wig off and inspected it. I buy hand-tied wigs because I have very sensitive skin and can't stand anything poking at my scalp (or skin anywhere for that matter). Well the hand-tying on this wig is not done correctly at all. The tied ends along the sides are actually not on the outside…
