    Poor Exchange Policy

    This will be my last purchase. This was a very expensive wig. Color much more ashy than pictured. Wig arrived while I was in the hospital having two surgeries with complications. Called to exchange color, 2 days past return date. Approval was granted if it could be postmarked today. Problem, it's almost 5:00 and the post office in our one horse town is already closed. They would NOT allow the wig to shipped tomorrow morning. Stuck with a $900 wig in an unflattering color. Expensive lesson for me. Keep in mind that many of your customers may face unplanned health issues, shame on you for not being flexible enough to wait one more day...

    DISAPPOINTED

    As previously stated in a review this wig is impossible to part in any direction. Would not recommend. I should have sent it back but kept hoping the more I played with it the better it would part but no so.

    The wig was suppose to be monofilament and part either direction. No matter which way I parted it the wig wouldn’t go the way I wanted it too.
