This is my second order from this site and I have been beyond pleased both times. They are very easy to clip in and I can get ready quickly. I have attached a photo, they do blend nicely with my hair but I'm going to the salon to darken my hair slightly.

The quality of the hair was good but a little disappointed with the way the clips were sewn on. They are quite crooked.

I received my hair extension the other day. When I took it out of the package I thought it looked thinner than the last time I previously ordered. Last time I ordered directly through the company. I have worn the hair extension a few times and it is definitely thinner than the other one I had ordered. Can I exchange for another one or what can you do for me?
