- We recommend BeautiMark products for synthetic wigs to extend the life and maintain the quality of your wig.

- We recommend the HD Smooth Detangler by Jon Renau to keep your HD hair detangled and frizz free.
- When styling HD synthetic fiber with heat tools, do not exceed the manufacturer's recommended temperature setting. Once the wig has been styled with heat tools, it will not return to its original shape without additional heat styling.
- The lace front is a delicate material and should be handled with care.

The wig looks nothing like the picture, it is much more wavy, making it hard to style. Jon Renau used to make the best wigs, but not anymore. There is not enough hair on the back side and the sides are made in a way that the hair cannot be pushed back behind the ears. If it wasn't for the fact that I really needed a new wig right away, I would have sent this one back. The only thing great about this wig is the color.

I hv been buying this brand and this style since I had cancer. Over the years, and I hv bought many the wig has changed. The shape or style or look or body does not compare to how you use to make the wigs. I hv bought this brand and this style, from different vendors and still it isn’t what it was several years ago and I’m talk before COVID so this can’t be blamed on COVID. I will continue purchasing this brand but it is with great disappointment. I hv my wigs professionally cleaned by the same woman for years, and have maintained the wigs properly. I haven’t changed anything I’ve done, I can only say it’s in your end. I bought 2 wigs recently and I bought 2 wigs in October 2022. Right now I just put the 2 I received back in the box. I use to be so excited to receive these wigs. Now it’s just a necessity.

Unfortunately I returned this wig. The overall shape/color were okay but there is a massive amount of hair!

I can’t say how much I love WIGS.com! The best wigs and their service is speedy.
Just got VANESSA by Jon Renau and I love it. A change up from the pixie cuts I have been wearing. The lace front looks like it is growing right out of my head, no itch either. Color is 101F48T so if my gray sticks out no big deal. I am 64 and loving the gray.
