Waves and Raves by Raquel Welch features a flattering chin-length bob with soft waves. The trendy eyelash bangs can be worn on the face or swept to the side. You can even heat style the hair to create a sleeker appearance or glamorous curls. HairUWear’s exclusive new FeatherLite fiber has a hollow core for an incredibly lightweight feel and shape retention. The synthetic fibers even weigh less than human hair!
The LuxLite Cap II has been upgraded for an even lighter feel and now features an expanded monofilament area for a more natural appearance. This innovative cap construction includes a freestyle knotting design, eliminating any ridges or bumps from the top of the wig to the crown. Designed with an average circumference, the cap is made from stretchable material to comfortably conform to various head shapes. Additionally, the hand-stitched, removable silicone at the ear tabs and nape ensures a secure and customizable fit.

I love Waves & Raves and decided to try Shaded Sand (RL1621SS SHADED SAND) although Shaded Biscuit is my (19/23SS SHADED BISCUIT) my go to color, All the research I found indicated a warmer version of SB which I would would be perfect for the summer. Despite what the tag said, I'm convinced it was really Shaded Wheat. It wasn't even close to Shaded Sand.
I understand colors can vary but not this much. I realize that I could have/should have returned ut but decided to give it a try and perhaps I would learn to love it. Nope, not happening, leasson learned. Morale to the story, if you don't love the color when it arrives, return it!
This is my research (which was consist with other sites, I just screen grabbed these to keep) and the Shaded Sand that I got was spot on for Shaded Wheat.

I have had many Raquel Welch wigs and this is her best. Not too curly, the bangs are there if you want but can be pushed over, density is perfect. The length is great also, below chin , but not rubbing shoulders. I have her in iced sweet cream rooted, I’m gonna get in shaded biscuit when available. I cut about 2 inches off the bang and that’s it and wore her. None of that face flopping stuff, that takes a while to train.

Waves and Races by Raquel was the hair I've been looking for! She's fun and flirty, perfect for a carefree outing, or for a professional day in the office. The cap is luxurious and so light weight. The hair fibers feel great. One of my best friends keeps complementing me on this new style (she knows I'm a wig wearer), saying it just looks so natural.
I love the layers, and honestly, while you can wear the bang as bangs, they easily blend into a long side part. I've been wearing this wig every other day for about 2 weeks, and while there is already a little friction frizz showing at the nape, I just can't help but absolutely love her! This is made with Raquel's newest fiber technology. I highly recommend a little detangler and leave-in conditioner with a touch of heat to keep the frizz easily under control. She survived numerous plane rides and the rainy northwest and tropical Hawaiian climate destinations on my most recent work trip
This is the perfect hair for my round face and short neck! I'm wearing her in the color golden russet.

This is the lightest weight wig I've worn yet - and I wear Raquel Welch wigs almost exclusively! The hair is soft and bouncy and the cap construction is super lightweight. Pictures are from a variety of lighting.
