Washing
- Add 1 tablespoon of shampoo to cold water. Soak for 5 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly (incomplete rinsing dulls the fiber)
- Gently blot with a towel. Do not squeeze, twist, brush or comb while wet
- Hang to air dry or use a blow dryer on a low setting.
Styling
- Unlike your own hair, the fiber only sets after it cools. Pin or hold the hair in the curl shape until it's cool, then release!
- 240°F (116°C) is perfect. Do not go above 350°F/180°C
- Never heat style while wearing the piece
- To change again use heat

I have worn this wig for Many years and loved it so much! The last 3 that I have purchased are made differently! You have ruined it! I use to take it out the box, just shake it and throw it on! Something has happened to the quality of Raquel wigs. I don't know if it's all of them or just this one. I have been buying this wig for years but now the color is not the same or the quality. It's dry looking & looks frizzy. I have tried many times to order from several wig companies & they are all terrible. I wear a large size & there are not very many styles in my size. This wig stretches so I have been able to use the average size. I'm on a hunt for something different. The one on the left is the original shaded cappuccino. The one on the right is the new version.🙄

The wig style was great but it looked like it was a return. The fibers were dull.
