I usually wear Raquel Welch’s Winner. The Allure simply looks as though Winner has grown out some! The color Oyster is very near my natural hair color and is not overly shiny. It does feel a little dense, and I may contemplate thinning it a bit in the future. I like the style with the only thing I don’t like being the way the back looks so bluntly cut off, though it does fit up against the neck nicely and covers up that tricky area behind the ear. Hides my hearing aids. LOL. In the picture, I have just finger combed it and put it on right out of the box.

My first wigs, thrilled but after learning more about wigs I did see there is an awful lot of permatease which makes it too big. Soooo with youtube tutorials, I learned how to thin the bulk. Then the permatease still leaves all these short (nest, as it is referred to)hairs...so fake. But then more tutorials on how to root spray. Allure does not have a mono part? So if you tried to pluck out that nest, you are going to see the base webbing. Look, it's an inexpesive wig to learn on. And great for an older woman as it is a short wig to lift up the face. I love the colors offered but am now looking forward to wigs that look better and of course that will cost more.

I bought the 12FS8 - Shaded Praline - which isn't the best color for me, but I wanted to see what I looked like with blonde hair. lol I'm definitely going to get Allure in a dark brown. She fits well on my 23.5" head and is very comfortable.

This was not my best purchase for several reasons.
What happened to the quality that was once associated with the brand Jon Renau?
The cap fit was too big for any size head. The hair shedding and flaking was due to hair being so brittle. I have brought 2 other synthetic wigs, and the fibers are soft . Their fit was excellent. I pack this mess up for return immediately.
Wigs.com offered free returns but charges 10.00 for return labels? Why?
