I love my Top Forms. I buy 2, have them custom cut and highlights added, and I switch them monthly at my salon so that I always have 1 getting treatments and I’m wearing the other. I do take excellent care of them. But the last 2 I bought in 2021 are really poor quality. The base is fine but the hair is coarse and tangled within 6 months. I’m afraid to order again. I wish I had the same quality as 2018 and 2019.

I had tried one of these on a few months back and I loved it. The hair felt nice and it wasn't pouffy, it looked great. So I waited for a good sale and bought one. I bought 4RN. I have naturally dark brown hair but JR doesn't really make a natural dark brown. I have purchased 1B and it is so black, it looked purple in sunlight. I have purchased shade 6 and it was very red. So this time, for my highly desired french top I went with 4RN and as soon as I opened the box both my husband and I looked at each other in surprise- the thing had RED highlights!!! I was crushed and decided I'm finished with JR HH options. Their synthetic 4 is nice but I really prefer the movement of human hair. Plus, the synthetic 4 is just a tad lighter than my hair. Anyway, Buyer beware, 4RN will arrive very red. I suppose you can try to dye it dark brown but I didn't want to take a chance. JR, if you're reading this, PLEASE offer natural dark brown options. the kind of natural dark brown that hasn't been processed so it wont have red in it. Please! You make lovely, lightweight products but you are really letting us dark brown almost black but not black haired ladies down. Needless to say I didn't even take it out of the box. I just sealed it up and my husband took it to UPS that afternoon. Very sad...but not too sad because there are other online options/brands.

I always enjoy working with Wigs.com, however, I returned this topper because the hairline did not look realistic.
I am still searching for a HH topper with a natural looking scalp.
