The envy hair is fantastic. Out of the box the curls are too tight and unrealistic. Thank *** the hair is heat friendly because it needs restyling. I got this wig in medium brown which should have "natural" highlights but the highlights are only on top and the hair underneath is just brown (to me natural highlights should run through the wig). It is also much thinner than I thought.

First it looks nothing like the photo. Mine came with all these curls so tight that when I tried to straighten them they are curly, even heat wouldn't straighten them out. Very unhappy spending so much money on this wig and can't even wear it.

The hair on this wig is absolutely beautiful. It is soft and looks and feels like human hair. Very realistic shine that simply looks like healthy hair. But I don't understand why they don't put enough hair in the crown area to cover the poly strip between the lace front and the mono top! That poly strip is so obvious when it's on my head and just screams "wig"!! I am very self conscious of my hairline and my crown area because those are the areas that must look realistic! I actually took a sharpie pen in tan and had to color the poly strip so that once it is on my head, it blends in with my scalp! The mono top is so sparse, it looks like I have thinning hair! I DO have thinning hair, and that's why I'm having to wear wigs, so I don't want my wig to look like a thinning scalp! I've worn wigs for many years, so I know what makes a wig look realistic, and so many of the mono tops are just too sparse, even on the Jon Renau and Raquel wigs) If the companies would just make the mono top thicker, the wigs would be perfect! I ended up using very high heat on the mono top to actually "damage" the hair a little to make the fibers thicker so that I could wear this wig in public. Please PLEASE tell this company to add more hair, and they will have many more happy customers! I purchased this wig recently, so I can't speak to its wearability, but it would be stunning with just the minor tweaking of adding more hair to the top. I hope you will pass this on to Envy execs.

After having trimmed the bottom of the wig it looked awesome. I received many compliments on it. While I do like the wig I must note that it could use more hair towards the back. Depending on how the hair fall you can see the under seam.
