Spring Into Fashion

by Kristen Collins

Let’s spring into fashion with the hairstyles and colors we’ve been craving all winter long. Trends can be temporary, but styles like these are timeless. No matter the season, these crops and colors are on the top of every watch list.

Cool Curls

Spring and summer is the best time to embrace your natural texture or change it up by going from straight to curly. Don’t play it safe, turn heads with styles like Fortuitous, Click, Click, Flash, and Irresistible. I love that with the array of colors, you can go bold or go blonde.

Going with slightly longer curls helps balance the volume and really pulls it all together.

No matter the hairstyle or color you choose, adding fun accessories is one of my favorite things to do. Some of this season’s hottest accessories are headbands, scarfs, and clips! Don’t limit yourself if you wear wigs every day, these trends are all wig friendly!

Bouncy Bobs

There’s nothing more iconic than going shorter for spring and summer. Bobs like Trend Alert, Merritt, and Captivating Canvas, will have you craving a crop and it’s never been easier to achieve the perfect blowout. The fullness and layers are so flattering, anyone can wear them.

Warm Colors

When the temperatures rise, try elevating your look switching up your hair color. If you’re keeping the same style this season, consider adding some highlights or going a little warmer. Own the Room, Graceful Bob and Fierce & Focused are great options! I love to help with color matching, and you can always email me directly at askchristina@thewigcompany.com. Most brands create colors that are the same base but have highlights or are similar, just warmer.  It might be easier than you think to change it up.
